Credit Cards Accepted
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Deposit Required
A credit card will hold your reservation in lieu of a deposit leaving you free to pay with cash, check or charge when you arrive. No credit card? You may also send a check for the required deposit, 50% of your stay, to hold your reservation.

Notice of Cancellation
10 days notice is required for a full refund of your deposit (50% of your stay), 20 days notice if you have reserved 3 or more rooms. Cancellations with less than 36 hours notice incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your stay.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In: You are welcome as early as 3 p.m. and as late as 10 p.m. If you find yourself in the area before 3 pm, give a call. If your suite is ready, you are more than welcome to check-in early. Please let us know when to expect you.

Check-out: 11 a.m.

An arrival earlier or later than that stated or a later check-out may be reserved upon request for an additional charge ($25).

Minimum Reservation Requirement
A two-night minimum stay is required for advanced reservations, weekdays and weekends. We do offer discounts for longer term stays. Please see our Special Packages page.

Only have time for one night? Give us a call (618-833-5252). One night reservations are accepted within 72 hours of the date of stay (i.e. if you'd like a Saturday night stay, give us a call as early as the Wednesday before). If we have the availability, you are more than welcome. A $25 upcharge is applicable.

Smoking Policy
Hidden Lake provides a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the 12 acres, inside or out. Thank you for respecting our non-smoking policy.

Children
Our home best accommodates children 14 and older ... although infants and little ones, until they start walking, are welcome in the Mission Jacuzzi Suite.

Pets
Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we unfortunately are unable to accept pets due to having one of our own on site.

Additional Persons
The Loft Suite sleeps one additional person. A $25 per day charge is applicable.

Breakfast Guests
Visiting family and friends? Feel free to invite them for breakfast at Hidden Lake! Breakfast guests are welcome with an additional charge of $11.00/person. Please make advance reservations for additional breakfast guests.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for $100, $150, $200 and more. You may request a specific room or just a dollar amount. A night or two in our Jacuzzi Suite is our most popular gift certificate.

Taxes and Rate Changes
State and local taxes are not included in our rates. Rates are subject to change without notice and are based on double occupancy.
