Credit Cards Accepted
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diner's Club

Deposit Required
A credit card will hold your reservation leaving you free to pay with cash, check or charge when you arrive. You may also send a check for the required deposit, 50% of your stay, to hold your reservation.

Notice of Cancellation
10 days notice is required for a full refund of your deposit (50% of your stay), 20 days notice if you have reserved 3 or more rooms. Cancellations with less than 36 horus notice will result in a cancellation of 100% of your stay.

Check-In/Check-Out
While our standard check-in is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., you are welcome as early as 3 p.m. and as late as 10 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m. An arrival earlier or later than that stated or a later check-out may be accommodated upon request for an additional charge ($25).

Minimum Reservation Requirement
A two-night minimum reservation is required, weekdays and weekends. We do offer discounts for longer term stays. Please see our Special Pakcages page.

Smoking Policy
Hidden Lake provides a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the 12 acres, inside or out. Thank you for respecting our non-smoking policy.

Children
Our home best accommodates children 14 and older.

Pets
Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we unfortunately are unable to accept pets due to having one of our own on site.

Additional Persons
A $25 per day charge is applicable to any additional persons staying in the Loft.

Breakfast Guests
Visiting family and friends? Feel free to invite them for breakfast at Hidden Lake! Breakfast guests are welcome with an additional charge of $11.00/person. Please make advance reservations for additional breakfast guests.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for $100, $150, $200 and more. You may request a specific room or just a dollar amount. A night or two in our Jacuzzi Suite is our most popular gift certificate.

Taxes and Rate Changes
State and local taxes are not included in our rates. Rates are subject to change without notice and are based on double occupancy
